This specific tender relates to a second phase of analysis which will predominantly cover Local Authorities in suburban settings. WRAP are looking to appoint a contactor to create baseline models of movements of existing waste collection services and conduct scenario analysis for from both Local authorities in England (4 authorities) and Northern Ireland (either 2 or 3 authorities).
