NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS England - Midlands (\"the Authority\") is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver an Interim Urgent Dental Service in Nottingham for a period of three months with the option to extend in one month increments up to a maximum of 9 months in total. The agreement will be a block contract The objective is to provide care for patients with urgent dental problems that may present both inside and outside of routine working hours. Due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be a delay to mobilising the new Unscheduled Dental Care services that were recently procured in Nottingham. As we do not know at this stage whether the interim service that is the subject of this Request for Quotation will be required, NHS England - Midlands reserve the right to withdraw this opportunity at any point prior to the 1st April 2020. The expectation is that the service provision will be provided from an existing Dental Practice within Nottingham City for patients to access from Nottingham and the surrounding geographical area. Patients will be signposted to the service via NHS 111. The contract, if required, will commence on 01 April 2020 and will be for an initial 3 months with the option to extend, on a month-by-month basis, up to a maximum period of 9 months in total.
