The works are split into three lots as follows: Lot 1: Window & door replacements Lot 2: Roof replacement works Lot 3: Pre-Paint Repairs & Cyclical Decorations The annual value of each programme is indicative and will be subject to change based on the outcome of future stock condition surveys, consultation with residents on their priorities and other strategic investment decisions..
