The Call off Contract will commence in April 2017 and will last for an initial period of 18 months with the option to extend, at the Council's sole discretion, for a period of up to 6 months. This contract includes a modification clause which gives flexibility to add up to 5 service users to the contract, with an additional 250 support hours in total. This modification clause has been included as more flats may become available at Cedar Place throughout the contract term.",
