Frequently it is necessary for the Authority to book external venues for the delivery of training, conferences, functions and meetings. B&NES have an existing framework for the provision of these services however we wish to add to this framework to ensure increased geographical coverage. It should be noted that this procurement falls under the \"Light Touch Regime\" as detailed in Section 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
