The service will be required to: - Provide expert clinical knowledge and skills in the assessment of and providing clinically appropriate interventions to support the individual in the management of their eating disorder; - Deliver a range of support packages bespoke to the individual which will improve their quality of life; - Provide structured support programmes to individuals or groups of individuals with eating disorder conditions; - Work with the children and young people's eating disorder service in the City to ensure seamless transition and support for children and young people into the adult service; - Ensure that individuals with eating disorders will receive prompt, appropriate information and signposting to the range of health and wellbeing services available to them; - Support the reduction and need of inpatient admissions due to eating disorder conditions and when individuals are admitted, work proactively with the in-patient provider to ensure timely pathway back to community services.",
