The aim of the contract is to ensure all access equipment fixed permanently on Stockport Homes properties is tested in line with LOLER and current standards. As well as LOLER regulation requirements the contractor will be required to carry out rope access works for maintenance on a number of buildings as and when required including some yearly works for warranty.",
