Planned Property Improvements including but not limited to: 1. Kitchen Refurbishments 2. Bathroom Refurbishments, 3. Electrical testing and planned remedial works including rewires and upgrades 4. Void improvements, 5. Whole house improvements 6. Disabled adaptations 7. Management of multi-contractor works in a single site. The Authorities are therefore seeking to establish a multi-client Framework Agreement with five (5) successful Applicants for lot 1, depending on the quality and number of suitable bids received. The Framework Agreement will govern the letting of the contracts for the works. Call-offs will be made throughout the life of the Framework Agreement, including during the final year and may last beyond the life of the Framework Agreement.
