Taunton Deane Borough Council currently owns five leisure sites operated by a Council set up Leisure Trust . The current contract is operated through an annual funding agreement and associated leases per site, due to expire in July 2019. Ahead of entering into a procurement exercise in the market for a leisure operator 2019 and beyond the Council wishes to fully scope and analyse all reasonable options for the future operation of its five leisure sites.
