        "description": "The Council's requirement under this contract is for the provision of a multi-discipline design team for a school expansion construction project. The design consultancy will be required to provide a professional multi-discipline team for the employer and act as the employer's agent. A feasibility study has already been undertaken for this project and the total estimated value of the project is circa PS2 Million before design fees, statutory application fees and any other disbursements. A 5% contingency fund is allowed for within this estimated sum.
