The Contract will be for a duration of 3 years, which is intended to run from 1st April 2021 until 31st March 2024, with the possibility of one extension of up to 2 years, subject to any restrictions placed nationally by NHS England or the Department of Health. The anticipated, maximum total contract value (including any potential extensions) is PS2,269,735; with an annual value estimated at PS453,947. Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust are acting as the Contracting Authority and will manage the contract on behalf of The North West London Health and Care Partnership (NHS Brent Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Central London Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Ealing Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Hammersmith and Fulham Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Harrow Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Hillingdon Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Hounslow Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS West London Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, and NHS West London NHS Trust). NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) is an agent of the Contracting Authority, acting on its behalf solely to procure the Service. All decisions regarding the Contract are made by the Contracting Authority. This Contract Award Notice has also been placed in OJEU.",
