The list size of the practice is approximately 2761 patients and the service receives patients from Wingate, Wheatley Hill, Thornley, Shotton Colliery, Haswell, Station Town, Hutton Henry, Trimdon, Peterlee, Castle Eden, Horden, Blackhall and Sheraton. The aim of the service is to deliver essential, additional and enhanced services to registered patients from a premises located in Wingate Medical Centre, Front Street West, Wingate, County Durham, TS28 5PZ. NHS England in conjunction with NHS Hartlepool and Stockton on Tees CCG propose to commission GP services, currently delivered as Hartfields Medical Practice, and are inviting suitably qualified providers to deliver these services.
