Also included will be the formation of additional car parking and associated site work and accommodation works. The works do not include the demolition and removal of the Garage and any works to the Store room. This work is to be undertaken by the Tenant and will not form part of the contract. The works are to be commenced and completed within 16 weeks. The actual commencement date and date for completion are to be agree prior to letting the contract in consultation with the Tenant and North Somerset Council.
