The main aim of this Conversion Skills training is to: increase the skills of employed individuals (through training), to encourage career progression in the electronics sector. In summary, the services being tendered cover: (a) Employer engagement and recruitment of individuals to undertake training; (b) Development of training and delivery; and (c) Evaluation of the training provision and lessons learned report.
