We will respond to you within 1 day to confirm receipt and aim to have made a decision before 8 June. Your proposal should be itemised to the level of detail of the attached spec. Please confirm the date that you could commence the works (assuming you were awarded the work during w/c 8 June) and how long the works would take. We also require details of at least 1 example of similar projects that you have undertaken to be submitted with your proposal and contact details of references for there projects that we could contact.",
