The programme should be delivered to small groups (minimum 4) and be broken down into modules that are delivered 4 days per week, over a period of 2 weeks. Each module should be interactive and include activities and role play. The modules should be designed and delivered in a way that will maximise participants retention of the programme's contents. o Programme content should include the following areas: o Producing an effective CV o Writing a winning application form o Speculative and application letters o Understanding Personal Specifications o Applying for jobs online o Effective communication and team working skills o Developing confidence & self esteem o Identifying individual skills, strengths and weaknesses o Resilience o Understanding what employers want o Social Media and Recruitment o Interview Preparation & Mock Interviews o The interview o Sustaining your job o H&S in the workplace An expected Outcome on completion of the programme is that participants will produce and retain a personalised CV and application form Service Provider should produce a work book for participants to complete during the programme and retain so that it can be used in the future as a reference guide. Delivery will be expected to commence within 2 weeks of the contract been awarded.",
