As part of the nationally agreed interview/selection centre processes for some medical and dental specialties, the Midlands and East Recruitment Team are required to incorporate the use of role players to provide patient simulation. The interview/selection centre processes are agreed by the Lead Recruiter and relevant stakeholders and national guidance is then provided for each specialty. All interview/selection centres need to source appropriately trained role players in line with the agreed national guidance. This ensures a fair and consistent recruitment process for all applicants. The initial contract period of three years will be a maximum value of PS300,000 inclusive of VAT. The Authority retains the option to extend the contracts by a further 2 year period. The maximum value of the 5 year contract will be PS500,000 inclusive of VAT.
