NHG are creating four contracts across two work streams which will be referred to as lots. The first lot will be for the Operation, Maintenance & Metering of our Heat Networks. Lot 1 will be divided into lot 1a and lot 1b in order to spread the work load of NHG heat networks across two suppliers. Suppliers are able to bid for both lots, but will only be able to win one of the lots. This is the same for the second lot Billing Systems. Lot 2 is divided into lot 2a and 2b for the different types of billing systems. Please note this is not a framework but 4 separate contracts.
