        "description": "Amber Valley Borough Council presents an exciting opportunity to playground suppliers to develop an existing play area near the Market Town, Belper, transforming an aged old play area into a new and exciting play environment. The works have been identified in line with the borough council's play strategy to enhance play value, provide a range of play opportunities and encourage an enjoyable lengthy visit for all. The new play space shall be designed for children aged between 0-14 years with a naturalised, open feel and include a provision of steel play elements with associated grass mat safety surfaces complying to BS1176/77.
