The total play lot must cover Chester and Rural , Northwich and Winsford and Ellesmere Port and Neston and there must be both an after school provision and a school holiday provision within each area. Each of the successful providers will be expected to deliver an after school provision as well as a school holiday playscheme within the same geographical area.",
