The Consultant will have extensive and recent experience in road tunnel design, operation and management, working with national authorities and international groups on matters of policy, standards, management and best practice. The key objective is for knowledge transfer through, collaborative working and communication with HE project staff. The deliverables are to be on a reactive basis, as and when the need arises.",
