        "description": "City Hospitals Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust (here within after referred to as \"the Trust\") wish to engage with potential suppliers in relation to the procurement of Theatre Procedure Packs.It is intended that the contract will be awarded by restricted procedure without further publication of a call for competition and invites interested economic operators to express their interest by the deadline of 12 noon 20th October 2017. The Trust is utilising an electronic tendering tool to carry out this PIN and procurement. Therefore, all communications are to be conducted via the Due-North portal, https://procontract.due-north.com/Login. It is free to register on the portal. A dedicated help-desk is available should potential providers have any queries and can be contacted on +44 (0)1670 597136 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) or via emailing support@due-north.com Your completed 'Indication to Supply Theatre Procedure Pack' document must be submitted by no later than 12 noon 20th October 2017. Any submissions received after this specified deadline will not be considered, and your organisation will not be invited to later tender. Additional information: Potential suppliers should be able to provide prefilled sterile packs based on the specifications detailed in the documents available on the specified portal for the following: * General Surgical Procedure Packs * Ophthalmology Procedure Pack; and * Orthopaedic Procedure Packs This notice is a Call for Competition in Accordance with Public Contracts Regulations 2015 Article 48 (5) The Trust will invite potential providers to tender who submit an 'Indication to Supply Theatre Procedure Pack' document by the deadline of 12 noon 20th October 2017.
