The target completion date is May 2025. Proposed works cover includes but is not limited t new traditional painted timber fascia signboards to all, with painted lettering/graphics and restoration of traditional cornice profiles in timber, installation of new lighting fixtures, new traditional Victorian awnings, minor repairs and decorations to existing shopfronts, pilasters and cornices (no new shopfronts) and alterations to existing shopfronts in a small number of cases (tiles, doors, rollers, glazing etc).",
