The service shall support patient self check in, reduce administrative burden on reception staff, improve patient experience, and ensure safe interoperability with clinical systems and NHS digital standards The scope of this service includes: SystmOne Patient Check In Screens (inc 5 Year Support & Warranty) Wall Mounted Installation Desk Mounted Installation Floor Standing Mount Installation The contract commences 01st April 2026 and expires 31st March 2031 for 5 years. The aggregate contract value awarded is PS267,283.62 (excl. VAT) and PS320740.34 incl. VAT This Contract Award Notice is being published in accordance with the requirements for sub-central contracting authorities, NHS Trusts and NHS Foundation Trusts where the contract value is at least PS30,000 inclusive of VAT in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015, which govern the Framework Agreement his Call-Off Contract is associated with.",
