This will show what impact Natural Course has had on this baseline scenario; and, 3) to provide a framework and methodology for in-house continuation of data gathering and analysis of which can be updated annually by Natural Course and Environment Agency internal staff (i.e. must be described using tools and techniques accessible to layman staff).
