The role includes communicating with and coordinating the PDA Partners, both individually and co-jointly, to ensure relevant data and documentation is provided and is compliant with the PDA and related Building Agreements. The Project Monitor will scrutinise information provided by Partners to ensure that it is compliant, and provide expert advice to the Council to ensure maximum benefits are derived from the scheme. The Project Monitor has the right to monitor the delivery and performance of the PDA partners in the delivery of the Woodberry Down Regeneration on behalf of the Council. The Project Monitor will ensure that the financial and other interests of the Council are protected in the outcomes of the Regeneration.",
