OCC intend to procure a single stage Design & Build 16 Contract for the Sustainable Housing Residential Development named \"Princes & Collins Street\". The term \"residential\" includes but is not limited to individual dwellings, multi-storey dwellings, social housing provision, non-social housing provision, housing with care, care homes, together with developing the spaces associated with all such schemes, such as landscaping, roads and infrastructure. The bidding Contractor is to note that OCC has a preference for low embodied energy.",
