        "description": "Thanet District Council is seeking a suitably experienced supplier to undertake cleaning services at two multi storey car parks located at Mill Lane in Margate and Royal Harbour in Ramsgate. The cleaning requirements consist of:- Part 1 an annual deep clean including stairwells, Part 2 an interim 6 month clean including stairwells and Part 3 - monthly cleaning of stairwells. The Contract is anticipated to commence upon September 2024 for a duration of 4 Years. Important Information: All procurement documents are attached to the notice and available for suppliers to download from the Kent Business Portal at (https://www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk/) and complete according to instructions contained.
