The term of the contract will be initially 2 years, with a possible 2 year extension, seetender documents for details. Initial contract value of PS14,140,000 & an option to extend the value by a further PS14,918,000 for a potential 4 year contract making the total value PS29,058,000. Please note that this figure is based on current demand. The framework agreement will be a tiered approach. Tier One providers will be arestricted to a maximum of 6 providers for general needs and to a maximum of 4 providers for complex needs,these providers will be the highest scoring following evaluation. All other providers having passed the selection& award criteria will be awarded Tier Two status.
