The take up of this service has grown over this period and is now provided to around 29,000 properties within the Borough. CBC now intends to introduce a permit system to assist with the identification of valid subscribers. This will be via a secure numbered sticker fixed to the waste bin. This contract will be let to a single Service Provider for the complete fulfilment of this requirement including the design, production and distribution of the permits.",
