Developing the PCBC - drafting the business case document, finalising the clinical model and activity and finance model; undertaking travel impact analysis b. Engaging with the patients and public - testing the options, evaluation criteria, clinical model and benefits; support to options appraisal process; undertaking the equalities assessment and developing communications materials c. Preparation and planning for consultation - designing and facilitating the consultation process, developing the consultation plan and materials and analysing outputs Sutton, Merton and Surrey Downs CCG are seeking to engage a partner to support the development of a pre-consultation business case for their Acute Sustainability Programme. The CCG's envisage a separate communications and engagement organisation will deliver the discussions with the projected groups for the EQIA and therefore the chosen providers will be expected to work closely together.
