In support of this West Hampshire CCG has applied for a Capital Grant from NHS England to help provide accommodation via a Registered provider, with associated Supported Living resources being procured alongside this procurement to provide support staff for this service. When funding is approved, becoming available from Summer 2017 to provide a minimum of 5 flats, new or in need of refurbishment with communal areas within Hampshire. The contract with the appointed Registered Provider, in anticipation of approved funding, would be for a period of 10 years, with a mid term review at 5 years, with the on going service and maintenance costs for the properties being funded via the Housing Benefit of the Tenants.
