Dunstans Close is a general needs block consisting of 6 maisonette houses and 10 flats; The works include, but not limited to the design, supply, installation, commissioning and hand-over of complete and fully functional audio/video door entry system and/or communal lighting system to the blocks, the provision of O&M Manuals and training to Council's Representative in charge of the blocks.
