We are looking for quotes to insulate and replace the roof. The selected contractor will need to liaise with the Parish Council, the Windmill Management Committee (who run the building) a solar panel contact to remove and refit the existing solar panels and the planning authority to ensure that any planning obligations are dealt with. Guttering and down-pipes to be replaced, scaffolding supplied and removed and all waste to be removed from site, References, guarantees and T&C also required.
