Promoting the emotional wellbeing of young people and preventing the development of mental health problems among young people Leicester City, Leicestershire and Rutland is a shared priority of the three Local Authorities and Clinical Commissioning Group funding this pilot. The service will integrate and work collaboratively with existing and planned services providing support in Leicester City, Leicestershire and Rutland.",
