Please note that Appendix B_ Quality Assessment and Appendix C_ Pricing Matrix must be fully completed for each individual Lot that the supplier wishes to submit a bid for. Lot 1: INSTALLATION OF DOMESTIC HEATING SYSTEMS 2019 - 2022 Lot 2: INSTALLATION, SERVICING AND MAINTENANCE OF COMMERCIAL HEATING Tenderers must respond via In-tend: o Indicating whether they intend to submit a Tender; and, if so, o Confirming they are prepared to accept the conditions of Tendering set out in this ITT. This must be sent via In-tend, no later than Wednesday 12th June 2019 at 17:00 and can be found at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/greensquare/aspx/.
