Organisations should have a track record of delivering EDHR activity and projects in one or more of the following areas: i. Consultation, research and evaluation (including mystery shopping) ii. Awareness raising/training iii. Consultancy, advice and support on equality and related issues (including the development of 'accessible' materials) on EDHR related activity. iv.
