The services include the provision management, operation and maintenance of a transfer station. A key driver for this contract is to continue to maximise diversion of the contracting authority's residual waste from landfill, to retain or enhance recycling targets and to secure value for money. The services period will initially be for 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 year period",
