The latter has confirmed all service provision under the original contract will remain the same. The Service includes provision of an extensive waste management service including but not limited to: - General & Dry Mixed Recycling Waste - Confidential Waste - Specialist Waste removal To ensure continuity of service enabling the Council to comply with Environmental Protection Act 1995 & ensure that any waste the Council produces is handled safely and within the law. Environmental Protection (Duty of Care) Regulations 1999. Hazardous Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2005, a temporary contract is sought with the replacement provider, whilst the Council reviews the novation in line with its policies & procedures.",
