(2) The Customer has in respect of this requirement followed the call off procedure set out in paragraph 3 (Direct Award Procedure) of Panel Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure) of the Crown Commercial Services - Framework for General Legal Advice Services and has awarded this Legal Services Contract to the Supplier by way of direct award.",
