Drainage for areas C and M will be the first phase or works for the project and will include any necessary repairs, including replacing connections to the drainage system currently in place in the remainder of the cemetery as well as minor landscaping & footpath works. The second phase of the project will be delivered by a Building Contractor due to be procured during the first phase.",
