The type of refurbishment required is a like for like replacement of existing sanitaryware with making good to walls and the cubicles, decorations and replacement flooring Various fire safety improvements to the building are a required. This will include replacement of existing fire doors, fire stopping, installation of smoke detection and emergency lighting.
