A Service Leadership Consultant would have specific responsibilities for supporting those colleagues now leading on Professional Development, Governance Services, Traded Services and SEN. In addition, the Service Leadership Consultant would maintain and further develop the strategic partnerships with teaching schools and those local school leaders who contribute capacity to School Improvement and Professional Development systems within Enfield.
