Lot 6 Mechanical PS1 - PS100,000 This lot is for repairs and maintenance for mechanical with a value of PS1 GBP to PS100,000 GBP. The maximum number of suppliers allocated to this lot is three. Mechanical works include but are not limited to ventilation and boiler work and some incidental electrical work; work for the Authority's repairs and maintenance function and minor works; works relating schools, offices, private/public building and housing and non-housing council owned buildings and any other buildings the Authority may be engaged to manage and/or carry out work; reactive maintenance at short notice in some cases one hour response and 24/7 cover; contractor design in part or whole. Lot 7 Electrical PS1 - PS100,000 This lot is for repairs and maintenance electrical works with a value of PS1 GBP to PS100,000 GBP. The maximum number of suppliers allocated to this lot is three.
