To support Rapid Recovery Reviews where needed as an 'outside pair of eyes. These will commence in March 2019. The Appointed person will regularly feedback progress to The Head of Standards and Curriculum, Enfield Council as part of the monitoring arrangements, who will provide support and guidance as necessary.",
