Tenderers should be aware that this is a 12 month framework with approval obtained to re-procure following two preceding years. There will be a final 12 month re-procurement of the overarching framework agreement that will expire on 31st March 2020. The purpose is to provide as much flexibility as possible by providing the opportunity for the Council to update the product specifications, provide new contractors' access to the framework and existing contractors the chance to upgrade their goods.",
