        "description": "East Cambridgeshire District Council require the refurbishment of the annexe passenger lift at The Grange, Nutholt Lane, Ely, CB7 4EE. The current lift is an electric hydraulic passenger lift (max. 8 persons/630kg) 3 floors indirect acting. It is expected that works will include: * The following to be removed and disposed of according to current hazardous waste regulations: o Lift control panel o Shaft information system, including wiring and limit switches o Car and landing push stations o Car lighting unit o Door drive unit. * Supply and fit the following: o New control system including shaft information system and switches o Rewire complete lift installation back as far as main isolator within the motor room o New door drive unit o New car and landing push stations to be DDA compliant o New car lighting including emergency backup o Carry out full hydraulic valve overhaul o Carry out full shaft clean down and paint lift pit area o Set up and test to the required British standards under BS EN 81, before returning lift to normal service.",
