Developing an ECO Stars Non-Road Mobile Machinery (NRMM) Scheme The successful supplier shall deliver schemes 1-3 , namely the ECO Stars HDV Recognition Scheme, the ECO Stars Taxi Scheme, and the ECO Stars NRMM scheme.",
