The facility operates a central service offering sterilisation services to the research community within the building. The proposed autoclaves must be reliable and designed to work in shared facility where they we will be used several times a day, over 5 days a week for 45 weeks of the year. Suppliers should provide an option to purchase a further autoclave which may be taken up within a year of purchase of the other 2 autoclaves.
