TS5 6HA, from 1st June 2022 until 20th April 2024. Deep End cohort definition aligns with the Core20 approach in focussing on the most deprived populations (Deep End practices are in the bottom decile nationally for proportion of patients from the 15% most deprived areas). The Deep End perspective is that that testing targeted approaches and interventions with practices with the majority of their list size from the most socioeconomically challenged groups can also benefit deep end patients in other practices (sharing evidence and learning). A key part of the network is also advocating for resource allocation to reduce health inequalities (and building on the data we have already to support this).",
